Group Training


BENEFITS Personal Training provides a fun, interactive experience through group training that allows you to meet and workout alongside people with similar interests and goals.

Group Training involves semi-small groups of anywhere between 5 to 15 people. This allows my attention to reach every individual while considering independent needs. Sessions are 60 minutes in length. Each week is unique and will challenge both strength and stamina. Usually, dependent on season, we meet for between 8-20 sessions.

Summer Group Training

Group Training is held outdoors during the months of June through September at Minchau Park
(3615 Mill Woods Rd E, Edmonton, AB T6L 5X2)

Winter Group Training

Group Training is held indoors during the months of October through February at Ridgewood Community League 
(3705 Mill Woods Rd E Northwest, Edmonton, AB T6L 5X2 - adjacent to Minchau Park)

November: 5,7,12,14,19,21,26,28 (8 Dates)

December: 3,5,10,12,17,19 (6 Dates)

January: 2,7,9,14,16 (5 Days)

Total dates: 19

No Classes: December 24th, 26th, or 31st.



$15/Session if purchasing 2+ sessions.

Drop in = $18.00 (includes GST)
